Young Dynamic Chef

We are searching for a TOP CHEF to join our dynamic new young team. We are looking for someone with new ideas who is keen to be involved in an opening of a brand new restaurant within a classic Oxfordshire public house. We need a creative, passionate, self motivated professional who has an eye for excellence and who is driven to offer our customers the best possible experience.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to be involved in the launch of a new restaurant with a brand new and gastronomic menu, including classic, but contemporary pub food / restaurant menu.

Competitive Salary which can be negotiated - Accommodation included if required.

Bar Staff & Waiting Staff

(Full Time & Part Time)

We are currently casting for a dynamic front line staff to join our new young team of professionals.

We are looking for hard working, reliable, fun people, with warm and welcoming personalities

If you are a passionate people person with an eye for excellence we want to hear from you.

Successful candidates will be fully trained on our brand new and exciting product prior to our launch day.

Kitchen Assistants / Decorators / Gardener

We are also looking for some hard working reliable people behind the scenes, who can support our front line team in offering our customers a memorable experience.

Entertainers, Bands, Musicians, Pianists and DJ's

As part of the Lamb and Flag's fresh new look we are also hoping to offer live entertainment several times a month with a variety of different themes. We also want to be build a portfolio of talented people who we can call upon if our customers wish to have a private party with entertainment included. Ideally we would like a couple of regular piano entertainers who could come back week after week to entertain our customers.
